For 3 years he has been in charge of Marketing and Communications for the real estate agency Found and Baker, which is now fully committed to a data-driven future. Read here how they use a dashboard to monitor and improve their multi-channel marketing activities.

 

1. Open the dashboard once a week

In the table on the top left you can see 3 KPIs listed per month. Users YoY%, new users YoY%, #C number of Facebook campaigns. On the bottom left we see a map of Belgium to follow our geographical expansion.

On the right side of the dashboard, we see the top 10 sources, our most successful campaigns and the bounce rate. Important information for our team.

2. Select one month to see in detail

In the top left table, we select one month to filter the dashboard. In the top right corner, we select “Month” to view the graph on a monthly basis.

On the bottom left of the map, we see that the regions Bruges, Ghent and Brussels received many visitors. On the bottom right, we see that the bounce rate is still a work in progress.
